Behavioral based Safety
I just started this and so far overwhelmed with the results. The doors that opened are huge. Anyone else having same results?

What kinds of results are you getting?
BBS can be very difficult to trend and analyze without specific parameters that are identified at the outset. I have worked with large systems that attempt to gather everything from near misses to loss of primary containment, along with what would be considered behavioral parameters. Starting small, with a focused effort on safe/unsafe acts or behaviors can pinpoint areas that may be modified into a positive direction, or identify positive behaviors that may be encouraged and rewarded. Separating wheat from chaff is very difficult in large systems, specifically ones that encourage quotas. Starting small and expanding where needed may help in making sense of the results.

I would recommend using a report tracking software, DuPont Makes a software but it's definitely expensive.
