Fire suppression sprinkler head inspection
How often should these be inspected? Ours are mechanically triggered by heat, so I'm not even sure how they would be inspected - is this something we would have to send out for external inspection every so often?

We do a quarterly inspection of our risers and flush system out internally, however if you don't have a large support in maintenance I suggest farming it out. Records need to be keeped in case of inspection.

Annually! Some insurance agencies want it done Bi-annually. Also ESFR head need to be tested every 20 years and other heads every 50 years. Dates are stamped on the heads. When you have to heads tested is 4 heads or 1% of your total amount, which is ever is greatest.
