Completing the Monthly Housekeeping Log
Run a copy of the inspection sheet each month. For materials, run a copy for all three shifts
If you want to keep the log electronically, you can make a copy of the tab for your area for each month.
When housekeeping activities in a specific area take place, note them on the log by placing initials in the appropriate day box
At the end of each month, the housekeeping logs must be sent to Paul Prestin as part of the compliance auditing process, and for recordkeeping.
If you keep the log electronically, please print copies at the end of the month and send them to Paul Prestin
Housekeeping practices will also be physically audited periodically throughout the month.
If you make modifications to your housekeeping practices, please alert Paul Prestin so the master template can be updated in the dust program files.
In the event of a non-standard housekeeping event, like a blowdown, please make an additional notation on your log.
In the event of a major spill or other combustible dust event, please also note that on the log as well.
