How is everyone holding against wave 2, what adjustments have you made?
I know over the last couple weeks COVID had gotten a little out of control in my county so I sent an email out to our workforce reminding them to get their flu shots, get tested if they have symptoms, do their screenings, etc.
What adjustments have you guys made?

Can't comment as I've just started but I'm pleased to comment that mask use is 100% starting at parking lot and consistent from office to plant.
We just maintain Temp checks, masks, and internal tracing when someone becomes positive.
We have 100% mask for those in counties with 15%+ positivity.
Otherwise, holding our norm - surface cleaning, hand wash/sanitizer, marking for social distancing, masks for in-person meetings, zoom as much as possible, temp checks prior to work. Updated decision trees for when to quarantine/isolation/measures.
I live in British Columbia, we had it under control and it was going away. We slowly started to open things up and most did it right. But weddings, banquet halls and other group events ignored the rules. They did not properly social distance themselves, they refused to wear masks and now we are at 590 positives per day and doubling every 13 days. I am sorry, but human beings do not follow the rules.
