New York State - do contractors coming from out of state count as "essential workers"?
New York state has that big long list of states that, if an individual is coming from that state, they have to quarantine for 14 days. I was wondering if that rule still applies to contractors performing work for an essential business, or if there are no exceptions to that list.

We used to have the same issue in CA and would use a letter from our company that would get us by as essential. Some of our customers would still require a 14 day quarantine before allowing our people onsite, so there’s a lot of things to consider.
