Scaffolding assembly
Does anyone do in-house scaffolding assembly? If so, how hard is it to implement, and what training/certifications do the scaffolding constructors need? We spend a ton on scaffolding, which we currently outsource. Just looking to get some feedback from anyone who does do the construction in house.

My company has "In-House" scaffold erectors. We are very fortunate to lean on our union halls. Implementation wouldn't be very difficult if you start digging into what your role would be from a employer stand point.
Side note. I've been seeing a lot of videos and information about this new scaffold system - LOBO. I haven't myself got to deep into researching it, but it might be something for you to look over to see how that may assist your teams. might be an alternative to traditional scaffold erection.
