Modifications Covid-19
Hello guys, I would like to know what modifications have happened in your Organization with Covid-19. Are your employees feeling security to get back to work?

I'm a little late to the conversation here. Our work takes us to a lot of different sites throughout the country and we've seen a wide range of response, which I would expect since the controls needed are dependent on many factors and ultimately require a case-by-case risk assessment. However, in some cases we've seen stringent controls for workplaces where the risk is relatively low compared to more permissive practices on some sites I would consider higher risk.
I won't claim to be an infectious disease expert, but I have been following this closely, and since I originally was a mechanical engineering I've been following ventilation system recommendations particularly closely. If you're interested, I'm doing a free webinar on this topic on June 25:

To piggyback off of David, we did all of the things he mentioned including questionnaires before employees could come onsite. We work remotely, so we would use different employees for each location, mainly working 2 weeks at each. The questionnaires changed about 4 times with the progression of the Pandemic, as did our procedure. I didn't see many issues with employees feeling unsafe and most of them were forthcoming when it came to details on the questionnaire. I think the important part is to have a good plan for the worst case scenario and that each member of supervision understands that plan consistently and thoroughly.

Hi Roger, my company was deemed "essential" so we never stopped working. The major precautions we took were requiring employees wear facemasks at all times, and doing temperature screening prior to the start of a work shift.
We also implemented a handful of other controls (making sure contractors were self-monitoring for COVID symptoms, workspace sanitation, etc.). So far it's worked out well with no major issues or complaints. We have been following the CDC/OSHA guidelines pretty closely so if you're looking for some guidelines I would start there.
