Who has some good lone worker policies they're using?
I went to an interesting seminar advertising equipment that monitors employee movement, and if no movement is detected for 60 seconds it will send an alert to the employee supervisor/team leader. The monitoring equipment is pretty neat, but can get pricey (which includes annual subscription fees, etc.)
I was wondering if anyone has a lone worker program which they have found effective?

I have my workers utilize a similar device. Due to hazards at our site my monitors include various gas sensors on top of movement and fall detection. They must also check-in every hour by pressing a button on the monitor. We are a 24-7 operation so at night a lone worker also has restrictions on their activities at our remote sites.
