I passed my CSP!
I totally forgot to post here that I passed my CSP in September.

Launched a new product line!
I just launched my new product line: Practical Safety Software Tools, PSST!! at the Chicago Builds convention and expo this week! The products include ebook tutorial systems that walk a Safety Manager thru a standard while they fill in worksite specific information to create their written program and power point presentation. Takes under 2 hours. A digital tutorial system will be launched soon! In depth hazard sheets for such things as Corrosives, reproductive hazards, toxic hazards and so on. Checklists for standards requiring programs and documents including tangential standards. Apps for such things as filling in Shipping Papers for DOT Hazardous Materials transport. And stuff I haven't thought up yet.

I Just Passed My 6-year Milestone as a Consultant.
I officially retired from the corporate world on September 30, 2017. I laid around about 2 weeks and said, "I got to do something! Just waking up wondering what you are going to do today, sucks!" So I started what I thought I knew best, a HR Consulting Business. I hired people to start my business, and make a website. What I very quickly found out was that there seems to be millions of retired Baby-Boomer HR Managers and most want to be consultants and lots of consulting HR firms (like Yellowbird). I failed miserably! So I shut myself in my office and rethought my entire business. I remembered my other strength is in OHS, and with a HR and Ops (Mfg) background knew what these people wanted and needed! I made a new business plan, and reformed another LLC, designed a logo, and made my own new website! I have made a few bucks and had a blast! As you can tell I love to meet people and talk! If you want to pay me to do it, whom am I to turn your money down? I have recently had to take a few months off for a serious health concern. I am now on the mend and think I am going to be great. But I have lost all my customers. I am approaching my 70th birthday and some of my family is saying, "Dad hang it up!" I will have to start all over again! Most of me wants to get going again and pick myself up! But there is a bigger part of me than I care to admit that is saying, "Fitz, Enough already!" Pray for me as I am in a quandary. What do I do?
