Promoted to Regional EHS Assistant Manager

Only worked for this company a year and a half when our Regional EHS Manager left the company. I wasn't eligible for the promotion because of my tenure (2 years is requirement) but they reached out to me and asked if I were interested in the position. I said yes and they made an exception to the tenure rule by promoting me from Senior Specialist to Regional AM for 6 months until I reach my 2 years then up to Manager. Hard work paid off and they saw it in me.
