Congrats :)

Congratulations!
I too got two business degrees, grad and undergrad. In EHS sometimes I had to dig harder on technical stuff, but sure knew how the business was run. In HR matters I had "Personnel" courses which helped. When it came to Management I sure understood the theory but really learned the practical side of that on the floor as a supervisor!
I will never ever forget asking an employee on my crew in the foundry to do something important within the first half hour of my assignment to the line. I was careful to introduce myself as he new boss and then ask "nicely" and not make it an order. I expected this man to say. "Yes Sir, I will get right on that!"
Instead he looked me square in the eye (I am 6'4") and said with a sneer, "Why you are nothing but another new White Honky! FXXX YXX!"
I was totally shocked as I was totally unprepared for his answer. I remember thinking to myself, "He is not supposed to say that! What is worse, I had four years of management courses. In all those classes they never taught me what to do when someone refuses and order and cusses at me!"
I turned and went to my office and called my boss. My boss, and old foundryman of over 40 years, came over to my department walked up to the guy! Made it very clear (by yelling at the top of his lungs) that the man had 5 seconds to do as I had asked or he would be fired in 10 seconds!
He then marched up to me. stuck his finger in my face, and his words still ring in my ears almost 50 years later, "You dumb college kid! You ever ask me another dumb aXX question like that again you will be gone too!"
Then we went to his office and he worked with me on how to give orders! A few times after that I had an order refused, but no one ever refused twice!

B, you are amazing!! So proud!!

Well done putting in the work to accomplish getting an MBA!
