First and foremost, make sure you can sleep at night with whatever decisions you make. They won't always be easy or pleasant.
Stay humble.
Don't worry about others who are ahead of you.
You will make mistake everyday, learn from them.
Don't be a workaholic.
Be open and willing to work with others. Make concessions and compromise when necessary.
