1 year without a Recordable
I was brought into my current position in Dec 2019 and we carried a recordable rate of 6.0 an higher at both of my facilities.
My larger facility held a celebration today for over a year without a recordable.

wow, that is a great improvement! Keep up all the stuff that drives that - observations, reporting near misses, mitigating high-risk items, machine guarding, etc. :)
